Shipping Times.
Shipping times depend on several different factors eg: Where you are, what's being ordered etc. If you have anything you need urgently get in contact directly so we can arrange urgent delivery at your cost. - Contact Us Here
Small orders:
Small orders such as tapware, or fixtures etc
- Orders will arrive 1-3 days after dispatch.
- Order received before midday on a weekday will dispatch same day.
- Orders received after midday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Large orders:
Large orders such as basins, toilers or baths etc, require heavy freight and equipment. This tends to take longer to both dispatch and arrive.
- Orders will arrive 2-10 days after dispatch.
- Orders received before midday on a weekday will dispatch next day or sooner if freight can be booked.
- Orders received after midday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Interisland heavy freight can take ~5+ days. We will confirm estimated delivery as soon as your order is processed.
Public holidays:
Note no freight or couriers work public holidays or weekends, as such no dispatch is available on these days.
